Total blackout and comfortable. Excellent purchase. I got this for my husband who was moved back to third shift and struggles with daytime sleeping. Much simpler option than blacking out windows and sawing cat door in bedroom door (excessive pawing at door if closed is worse than light).

I always have a lot of trouble going to sleep the moment I lay down in bed. I would always browse on my phone till my eyes get tired and fall asleep. This eye mask blocks out the light and the ems fucntion all the noise around me. It is incredibly soft and very comfortable to wear.

I don't know if this battery-powered sleep mask really helps me fall asleep faster, but it certainly doesn't hurt! I've used sleep masks for years and find this one to be good quality and very comfortable. Others have written about an odor (the one I received has no unusual odor) and it being a pain to have to look "up" at the lights (I focus my eyes very comfortably and naturally on the lights with no discomfort). All things considered, I'd buy this again.

It is very comfortable and does not interfere with my CPAP. It is so comfortable that on a recent trip to a remote lodge I was amazed at how dark it was when I need to go to the bathroom - no light from under the hall door.
