I'm a skeptic by nature, so when I read the description of this item it sounded very interesting but I didn't really expect that it would work. But... I was wrong! It worked like a charm! What one has to keep in mind when looking at my photo is that my hair is completely straight. The curls are 100% the result of using this item. Even though it is by no means easy to use (it takes a bit to get the hang of what to do, and even then I was beeped at as a warning several times along with getting my hair stuck a few times to boot... but it wasn't a serious issue, a gentle tug or two released the hair) and it is a bit time consuming. Not what one would want to use if at all in a hurry. Still, it's worth it and if the quality is good and it continues to perform, I'm very satisfied!
