I bought this to help ease my low back pain while sitting at a desk most of the day. Made the mistake of trying it out at home... now I'm gonna have to buy a second one, because this one isn't going to make it to my office! I basically use it any time I'm sitting down and sometimes even sleep with it. Even my dog loves to curl up on it. Definitely one of my favorite purchases ever!

I was so impressed with the quality of this product for the price! The foam is cushiony but also firm enough to hold shape and provide support and the heat is a good temperature and quite warm. Works well for low back pain.

when I ordered it I was going through a lot of low back and hip pain from how many hours I have been driving at my new job. Since I have had it I have not had that problem anymore and when I'm on a long drive and I feel kind of bored I can turn on the massage feature! So, the only recommendation I would give it is that you measure the space on your car seat where this pad would fit to make sure it is going to sit correctly. It does require you to sit up straight in your seat in order to get the right alignment, but that's a good thing.

I sometimes work at a desk all day, and it's not pleasant to get up with back pain. This lumbar massage and heat cushion adds an additional support bolster for your lower back and will give about 15 minutes of vibration with each button push. I've tried a lot of bolsters and shiatsu-whiz-bang-chi stimulators but nothing beats this simple heat and vibrating cushion. It works, it won't break the bank. That's enough for 5 stars in my book.
