To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, you MUST reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return. Any return without the confirmation will be void.
IMPORTANT: Please contact us before making a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email when we process your refund. Once you received the email from us, you will get your refund within 7 business days to either your credit card or Paypal account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo/video as the proof. We are not able to provide you a replacement item if you are unable to show us the proof.
